Mom was born in Eubank Kentucky on September 18, 1931. She is much loved and will always be remembered by Sharon, Kevin, Elaine, Kelley, Mary, Bill, Billy, David, Chuck, Donna, Dana, Tracy. Grand Kids and Sisters Louise and ( late ) Violet, Faye and (late) Katherine and ( Moms Late Dad ) Grandpa Herman Smith, and many Relatives and Friends.
